Ido is Business Development Manager at aMoon Alpha - aMoon's in-house value creation unit. As a former analyst in the Velocity deal team, and a medical student, Ido brings his experience in understanding the needs of startup companies and helping them grow. He takes part in the Bridges program, creating opportunities and maximizing aMoon's power and connections for the benefit of our companies.
Before joining aMoon, Ido spent one year volunteering and educating youth through HaIhud Hahakla'i. He then spent seven years in the Israeli Air Force as a company commander (Major) in a classified combat unit. He continues to serve as a company commander in his reserve service.
Ido is active in several volunteering programs including the Israeli AIDS task force and mentoring youth, with a focus on preparing them for military service and adult life. Alongside his other duties, Ido is a research assistant at Soroka Hospital, working towards pharmaceutical and technological methods to improve bowel surgeries.
Ido is currently a four-year medical student, and holds a B.Med.Sc from Ben Gurion University Goldman School of Medicine.
