Isabella is the Director of HR at aMoon, leveraging her extensive expertise across various HR functions such as talent acquisition, career development, HRBP consulting, and HR policies & services.
Prior to joining aMoon, Isabella completed her second tenure at AWS, most recently as a Senior Technical Recruiter, successfully overseeing the recruitment and people operations for three fast-paced, product-centric business units. Additionally, she spearheaded the implementation processes of startups into Amazon.
Between her stints at AWS, Isabella served as the VP of Recruitment & HR at JP Morgan Israel, where she managed talent acquisition both globally and in Israel.
Isabella’s career has consistently focused on talent acquisition and management, including positions at Microsoft’s Israeli R&D Center, IDF’s psychotechnical diagnosis unit, and two Israel-based startups, TechFinancials and 888holdings.
During her tenure in the IDF, Isabella served as a Psychotechnical Diagnostician in the IDF where she was responsible for recruiting pilots for the Israeli Air Force.
Isabella holds a Master’s in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and a BA in Psychology from Bar Ilan University.
