Maya is Director of People at aMoon where she brings over a decade of experience in designing, implementing and managing infrastructures and processes dedicated to people growth.
The first part of Maya’s career was focused on training and growing leaders in the field of public diplomacy at StandWithUs as it was forming in Israel. Through helping the organization grow, she realized that people growth was her true passion. She later joined Lotem, Israel’s largest organizational consulting firm, where she helped found the global division through partnering with dozens of companies mainly in the global and tech sectors.
Prior to joining aMoon, Maya was the HR director at Headline Media where she built and managed its HR domain and led organizational initiatives.
Joining aMoon is a natural step for Maya; helping people has always been the cornerstone of her career, so joining a fund whose mission is accelerating cure, together with shaping and influencing the well-being of aMoon’s people and culture, is the ultimate combination for her.
Maya holds a BA in Communications and International Relations from the Hebrew University, a M.Sc. in Business Sciences and is a faculty member in the Advanced Group Facilitation Studies Program at Tel Aviv University, from which she graduated.
