Shachar Farber is Learning and Development Specialist, where she helps create, coordinate and develop aMoon's learning platform and various training programs.
Shachar is passionate about people and is eager to implement programs that promote people's growth and performance. Shachar followed this passion into the fields of learning and professional development. Before coming to aMoon, Shachar was an operational specialist at Gaya. She served in the IDF as an Education Instructor in the Shayetet 13 unit, which included planning and executing annual education programs for the unit’s soldiers. After, Shachar joined Birthright Israel as a field coordinator, where she supervised the group’s guides and provided solutions in educational, logistical, and disciplinary aspects.
She is currently pursuing a dual B.A. in Psychology and Business Administration at the Reichman University and participates in the Honors program at the Arison School of Business.
