Yaniv is an Associate with aMoon Velocity, where he sources and drives due diligence on early-stage digital health, healthcare IT, and medical device companies.
Prior to joining aMoon, Yaniv was a management consultant with Deloitte’s M&A practice in Chicago. Yaniv supported buy-side and sell-side due diligence and advised Fortune 500 healthcare companies on business strategy and value creation efforts.
Yaniv’s passion for the intersection of healthcare and finance began while pursing biomedical engineering at the University of Wisconsin. Through his engineering projects, Yaniv realized the need not just to create, but to commercialize medical innovations to make an impact in people’s lives. In his later work at the Cedars-Sinai Accelerator, Yaniv came to fully appreciate how accessing capital and key resources like mentorship are essential to bringing technologies to market and making a difference in the world.
Yaniv holds BS and MS degrees in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He grew up in Los Angeles, CA.
