Maya is Senior Legal Counsel at aMoon, where she assists the Fund and portfolio companies in all aspects of legal work. Maya has always been intrigued by the Israeli VC ecosystem and the brilliant innovation of the HealthTech industry, and is inspired and motivated by aMoon’s mission.
Throughout the years, Maya has gained extensive experience in the corporate-legal world, including venture capital financings, joint ventures, M&A's, representing start-ups through various stages of funding, and advising on corporate governance and commercial matters. Prior to joining the aMoon team, Maya served as sole legal counsel at Terralab Ventures, providing legal advice to the Terra fund, incubator and portfolio companies. Before her role at Terra, Maya worked as a corporate lawyer at Naschitz Brandes Amir & Co, Advocates.
Maya holds an LLB (Cum Laude) in Law with a minor in Philosophy and a BA (Cum Laude) in Economics from Tel Aviv University and was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 2015.
