Yael is the Vice President of Business Development at aMoon Alpha, an in-house value creation team for our portfolio companies. Yael translates aMoon’s unique scale, talent and global network into concrete competitive advantages and growth opportunities for our portfolio companies.
Yael brings to aMoon years of experience in digital transformation and technology through diverse roles in both the public and private sector. Her transition into HealthTech was led by a continuous desire for impact and passion for working closely with entrepreneurs developing cutting-edge technologies.
Prior to joining aMoon, Yael was Deputy CEO for Digital Transformation at Digital Israel, the State’s National Digital Bureau established within the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office. As Deputy CEO she managed cross-organizational transformation projects while initiating strategic partnerships between government agencies and external stakeholders.
Before working at Digital Israel, Yael served as an Advisor to the Director General of the Prime Minister's Office, managing large-scale projects and creating collaborations between executives. Prior to that, Yael completed her law clerkship with Justice Uzi Fogelman at the supreme court.
Yael graduated from the Lautman Interdisciplinary Program for Outstanding Students at Tel Aviv University (holding LLB & LLM). Before her studies, Yael worked at ELAD software systems as a Project manager, then was promoted to the role of ELAD's Group Marketing Manager.
Yael served six years in the Israeli Army in 8200, an elite military intelligence unit, as part of an innovative R&D team and as an intelligence officer (KABAR).
